            Am I seriously the only one here so far planning to come in on Friday? I mean, it's enough of an issue getting off all of friday, planning to get there as early as I can though.

                Yes, you likely are. Pre-con activities start as early as Wednesday I believe, plus there is so much more than Def Con in the fine town of Vegas than you can do before and after the weekend.

                                    Hrm, pre-con activities start earlier for some. For El Jefe I think they started in January.
