What is the walking time from the Sahara to the LVCC?

One website claims monorail from Sahara to LVCC and back is about 7 minutes.
The Line 108 Bus takes about 12 minutes.
Taxi is estimated to be about 3 minutes but will cost a lot: similar for Uber and Lyft.
Same site estimates 24 minutes walking, but people walk at different speeds.

If taxis are lined up with drivers to pick up passenger, then probably little to no wait for them, but bus, monorail, Uber and Lyft all probably have delays in getting picked up: you'll mostly have to wait for them to show up for your ride.

If you do plan to walk, given the heat that Las Vegas is notorious for having, please consider sunscreen, covering skin with clothing, and carrying a bottle of water to drink while on route to destination.

Monorail usually runs 1 train every 5-9 minutes, depending on time of day and phase of the moon.

I confirmed and payed to go ahead and just stay at the Sahara. Thanks for the answers ;)
