    Infosec Battlebots Village

    Hi all,

I am one of the organisers of Infosec Battlebots we take antweight battlebots to cyber security conferences to let people have some fun bashing up our house robots (or build and bring their own)
We also have some hacky centric tricks like a hackable arena where onlookers can take control of the arena weapons after breaking into the web interface and we are working on a class of robot where opponents can try to hack each other during the fight (WIP)

We weren't sure how logistics work for Defcon villages or if this would be something that would be of interest, We are based in the UK & Ireland so it would take a bit of doing to get over.

The usual process for all things like this (Villages, Workshops, Contests, Village, Events, Labs, etc.) is the department in charge of that "thing" will have a "Call for $thing" announcement.

These announcements usually appear on the main web site https://g7ejphhubv5idbbu3hb3wawrs5adw7tkx7yjabnf65xtzztgg4hcsqqd.onion.jump.black/ and sometimes on social media like https://twitter.com/defcon or https://defcon.social/@defcon

It is possible some of these "calls" may appear in December of this year, for DEF CON next year.

    Good luck!
