A group of fellow geeks/hackers decided to get together and start a hackerspace of sorts in Idaho, land of potatoes. The group is called SocialGeeks and we are an official club at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho. You do not have to be a student at CSI to be a member or participate in our shenanigans.
Our mission statement:
SocialGeeks seeks to provide the College of Southern Idaho students, faculty, potential students, and surrounding community with an environment to explore, learn, and share a wide range of technologically related topics, trade-skills, and artwork via lectures, projects, events, and in-person/online engaging collaboration.
